56:12-94 Receipt, copy of service contract. 8. A service contract shall not be issued, offered for sale, or sold in this State unless the provider or seller, if not the provider, presents: a. a receipt for, or other written evidence of, the purchase of the service contract to the contract holder; and b. a copy of the service contract to the service contract holder , which may be presented electronically or in writing, at the point of sale or within a reasonable period of time from the date of purchase.
