§ 56-3-27

56:3-27. Disposition of fines and costs imposed and collected All fines and costs imposed and collected upon conviction for violations of this article in any city of the first class shall be paid into the treasury of such city and be disposed of as fines and costs in indictable cases are by law disposed of, and all such fines and costs imposed and collected in any other municipality shall be disposed of as provided by law.
