Review of suspension or revocation or refusal to reinstate license Any determination by the director and any order of suspension or revocation of a license or licenses thereunder or refusal to reinstate a license or licenses after revocation shall be reviewable by the Superior Court by proceedings in lieu of the prerogative writs.
