56:8-25. Other regulations The director, pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act, P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), shall promulgate such other regulations as shall be necessary in his discretion to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1975, c. 242, s. 5.
