56:8-52. Inspection program; regulations 4. a. The director shall establish an inspection program to insure that dealers in toys and other articles intended for use by children comply with section 3 of this section. The director also shall periodically publish and disseminate to the public a summary of defective and hazardous toys and other articles intended for use by children. b. The director shall adopt all regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this act, in accordance with the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.).
