58:10A-34. Other powers unaffected Nothing in this act shall be construed to limit the department's authority to respond to, or remove or clean up, a discharge pursuant to the provisions of any other State or federal law. L. 1986, c. 102, s. 14, eff. Sept. 3, 1986.
