58:10A-37.13 Joint application filing, review and approval procedure. 13. The authority shall establish a joint application filing, review and approval procedure whereby a person who is eligible for financial assistance from the fund, created pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1997, c.235 (C.58:10A-37.3) and who is eligible for financial assistance from the Hazardous Discharge Site Remediation Fund, created pursuant to section 26 of P.L.1993, c.139 (C.58:10B-4), may file one application for financial assistance from both funds and receive a joint response from the authority that approves or disapproves the application in whole or in part.
