58:10A-51. Submission of proposals The Attorney General shall submit to the Administrator of the federal Environmental Protection Agency whatever proposals may be necessary pursuant to 33 U.S.C. s.1416 in order to allow enforcement of the provisions of this act. P.L. 1988, c. 61, s. 5.
