Sewage discharge prohibited No person may discharge sewage from a watercraft into any coastal water area designated as a 'no discharge' area by the Administrator of the federal Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to an application filed by the Department of Environmental Protection in accordance with 33 U.S.C. s.1322.
