58:11A-9. Rules and regulations The commissioner may, pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedures Act' P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), adopt rules and regulations for the preparation and adoption of areawide plans by the areawide planning agencies and in order to effectuate the purposes of this act.
