58:16A-60. Inapplicability of rules and regulations to lands regulated by Wetlands Act of 1970 Any rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this act shall not apply to the extent that lands affected thereby are regulated pursuant to 'the Wetlands Act of 1970' (P.L.1970, c. 272) (C. 13:9A-1 et seq.).
