58:1A-13.3 Preparation, adoption of revisions, updates to New Jersey Statewide Water Supply Plan. 2. a. The department shall prepare and adopt appropriate revisions and updates to the current New Jersey Statewide Water Supply Plan no later than December 31, 2006 pursuant to the provisions of section 13 of P.L.1981, c.262 (C.58:1A-13). b. In its preparation of proposed revisions and updates to the current plan, the department shall consult with the New Jersey Water Supply Authority established pursuant to section 4 of P.L.1981, c.293 (C.58:1B-4) and the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust created pursuant to section 4 of P.L.1985, c.334 (C.58:11B-4), as appropriate, as well as with the public and private water purveyors.
