58:1B-17. Maintenance and operation of projects; employees Every project, when constructed and placed in operation, shall be properly maintained and kept in good condition and repaired by the authority. Every project shall be operated by such operating employees as the authority may in its discretion employ or pursuant to a contract or lease with a governmental agency or person.
