58:10-23.11d12. Inspection of facility required The owner or operator of a major facility or transmission pipeline shall visually inspect, or cause to be visually inspected, at least once each month, all above-ground pipelines, above-ground storage tanks, and above-ground enclosed storage spaces for leaks, structural and foundation weaknesses, or other maintenance needs.
