58:10-23.11f20. Rules, regulations 19. Within 120 days of the effective date of this act, the State Treasurer and the Attorney General as necessary shall, pursuant to 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), respectively adopt rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this act.
