County, municipal ordinances etc., superseded Any ordinance, resolution, or regulation of a county or municipality inconsistent with the provisions of this act, including rules and regulations adopted hereunder, shall be of no effect upon final adoption of rules and regulations by the department pursuant to section 5 of this act.
