58:10-23.11g8. Environmental inspection not required 5. Nothing in sections 2 through 4 of this act shall be construed to require a holder of a security interest to conduct or require an environmental inspection and the liability of the holder of the security interest pursuant to P.L.1976, c.141 (C.58:10-23.11 et seq.) shall not be based on or affected by a failure to conduct an environmental inspection.
