List of facilities for nonpetroleum products The department shall compile a list of facilities which, based on all information made available to or collected by the department pursuant to any State or federal law, would be classified as a major facility if storage capacity therefor were set at 5,000 gallons of hazardous substances which are not petroleum or petroleum products.
