58:10-23.11j1. Transfer to Environmental Protection a. Except as otherwise provided by this amendatory and supplementary act, all the functions, powers and duties of the administrator in the Department of the Treasury are continued in the administrator in the Department of Environmental Protection. b. All files, books, papers, records, equipment and other property of the administrator in the Department of the Treasury are transferred to the administrator in the Department of Environmental Protection. c. The rules, regulations and orders of the administrator in the Department of the Treasury shall continue with full force as the rules, regulations and orders of the administrator in the Department of Environmental Protection until amended or repealed.
