58:10-23.11j2. Moneys transferred After consultation between the commissioner and the State Treasurer, all relevant appropriations, grants and other moneys available to the administrator in the Department of the Treasury shall be transferred to the administrator in the Department of Environmental Protection and shall remain available for the objects and purposes for which appropriated, subject to any terms, restrictions, limitations or other requirements imposed by federal or State law.
