Rules and regulations The commissioner, the State Treasurer and the director, respectively, are authorized to adopt, amend, repeal, and enforce such rules and regulations pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) as they may deem necessary to accomplish their respective purposes and responsibilities under this act.
