58:10-23.11y. Annual report The commissioner shall make an annual report to the Legislature and Governor, which shall describe the quality and quantity of spills of hazardous substances, the costs and damages paid by and recovered for the fund, and the economic and environmental impacts on the State as a result of the administration of this act.
