58:10-23.14. Rules and regulations The Commissioner of Health shall, within 45 days of the effective date of this supplementary act and in accordance with the provisions of the 'Administrative Procedure Act' (P.L.1968, c. 410; C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) adopt rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this supplementary act.
