§ 58-10-23-15

58:10-23.15. Definitions As used in this act: a. 'Department' means the Department of Environmental Protection. b. 'Hazardous discharge' means a discharge of hazardous substances as defined in section 3 of P.L.1976, c. 141 (C. 58:10-23.11b) or a hazardous discharge as defined in P.L.1981, c. 275. L.1982, c. 202, s. 1, eff. Dec. 16, 1982.
