§ 58-10-32

58:10-32. Review of commission's decisions Any order, decision, judgment or proceeding of the commission under the provisions of this article may be reviewed by the Superior Court by a proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ, and the court may reverse or modify such order, decision, judgment or proceeding in such manner as it shall deem reasonable and just.
