58:11-25c. Special assessments against alternative system users A person who installs and uses an acceptable alternative waste treatment system or an acceptable alternative waste treatment system in combination with an acceptable alternative greywater system shall not be exempt from any special assessments levied by a municipality for the purpose of financing the construction of an approved sanitary sewer system and sewerage facilities.
