58:11-25d. Standards regarding installation and use of alternative systems Within 180 days of the effective date of this act, the Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Community Affairs shall jointly establish minimum standards regarding the appropriate installation and use of acceptable alternative waste treatment systems and acceptable alternative waste treatment systems in combination with acceptable alternative greywater systems.
