58:11-33. Covering sewerage facilities; permission No septic tank, tile field, seepage pit or system or structure designed to provide sewerage facilities to any realty improvement shall be covered from view until the same has been inspected by an authorized representative of the board of health and permission to cover the same has been given by the board or its authorized representative.
