58:11-34. Filing ordinances establishing similar requirements and minimum standards for construction Copies of any ordinances, which have been or shall be adopted by any municipality, establishing requirements equivalent to those required by this act and minimum standards for construction equivalent to those promulgated or to be promulgated by the State Commissioner of Health under this act, shall be filed with the State Department within 10 days after the effective date of this act or within 10 days after the adoption thereof, whichever shall be later.
