58:22-6. Reimbursement of state from proceeds of Water Bond Act of 1958 Any funds of the State heretofore authorized by law to be expended for any of the specific purposes authorized by this act and which have been or shall be so expended, shall be refunded to the State General Fund, and returned from it to any other fund from which the same may have been transferred, from the proceeds of said bond act allocated to such purpose.
