58:25-18. Eligibility Any resident of New Jersey who is enrolled full-time as an undergraduate or graduate in any college or university and plans to continue his education after the internship may apply as an intern. An applicant must have completed his freshman year before beginning an internship, and may not serve as an intern after his final year of schooling. L.1979, c. 321, s. 28, eff. Jan. 18, 1980.
