§ 58-26-23-1

58:26-23.1. Prior procurements deemed valid 15. Any procurement commenced prior to the effective date of P.L.1995, c.101 (C.58:26-19) which was advertised as being undertaken pursuant to that act in anticipation of its enactment and which is in substantial compliance with the provisions of P.L.1995, c.101 (C.58:26-19 et al.), is hereby deemed valid and undertaken under valid legal authority.
