58:26-4. 40-year contract maximum The provisions of any other law, or rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto to the contrary notwithstanding, any contracting unit may enter into a contract for a period not to exceed 40 years, with a vendor for the financing, designing, construction, operation, or maintenance, or any combination thereof, of a water supply facility, including a water filtration system, or for water supply services, pursuant to the provisions of this act.
