58:27-18. Rules, regulations The department and the division may adopt, pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), rules and regulations necessary to carry out their respective responsibilities under this act. L. 1985, c. 72, s. 18, eff. March 11, 1985.
