58:5-27. Consent for obtaining new or additional water supply No municipality within a water supply district for which a commission has been appointed as provided in this chapter shall, without the consent of the commission, obtain any new or additional water supply from any watershed, other than the watershed or watersheds from which the municipality obtains its existing supply.
