§ 59-13-7

59:13-7. Arbitration statute unaffected Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit the parties from agreeing to settle contract disputes by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S. 2A:24-1 et seq. L.1972, c. 45, s. 59:13-7.
