9:12A-4 Definitions relative to homeless youth. 3. As used in P.L.1999, c.224 (C.9:12A-2 et seq.): 'Department' means the Department of Children and Families. 'Division' means the Division of Child Protection and Permanency in the Department of Children and Families.
