9:17A-1.9. Entitlement to benefits unaffected 10. Nothing in this act shall be interpreted to deny a pregnant unemancipated minor who is under the age of 18 any benefits to which she would otherwise be entitled pursuant to law. L.1999,c.145,s.10.
