9:3A-12 Act subject to C.52:14D-1 et seq. 12. This act shall be subject to the provisions of the 'State Agency Transfer Act,' P.L.1971, c.375 (C.52:14D-1 et seq.), except as may otherwise be provided under this act. L.2006, c.47, s.12.
