9:6B-3 Definitions. 3. As used in this act: 'Child placed outside his home' means a child placed outside his home by the Department of Human Services, the Department of Children and Families, the Department of Health, or a board of education. 'Department' means the Department of Human Services, the Department of Children and Families, the Department of Health, or board of education, as applicable.
