§ 9-10-6

9:10-6. Bonds For the purpose of obtaining means for the purchase of lands and buildings or the erection of buildings as authorized by section 9:10-1 of this title a county may issue bonds to an amount not exceeding one-half of one per cent of the ratables of the county for the purpose of establishing a detention school.
