§ 9-11-8

9:11-8. Money provided annually The moneys necessary for the management of a county youth house and the improvement, betterment, repairs and other necessary expenses incident thereto shall be provided each year by the board of chosen freeholders in their annual tax budget, upon the requisition of the board of trustees of such youth house, but the board of chosen freeholders shall have the right to determine the amount required for such purposes.
