§ 9-13-8

9:13-8. Funds; how raised The annual appropriation for the care of crippled children and children afflicted with cerebral palsy under section 9:13-7 of this Title shall be included in the annual tax levy. If funds sufficient to meet such appropriation are not otherwise available the county shall provide the same by the issue of emergency notes or emergency bonds pursuant to the provisions of section 40:2-31 of the Title, Municipalities and Counties.
