§ 9-25-9

9:25-9. Rules and regulations The Commissioner of Community Affairs is authorized to adopt, in accordance with the 'Administrative Procedures Act,' P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), the rules and regulations necessary to carry this act into effect, and to enter into any agreements authorized under this act for that purpose.
