9:6-8.64. Successive petitions If a petition under section 40 hereof is denied, it may not again be filed with the court for a period of 90 days after the denial, unless the order of denial permits refiling at an earlier time. L.1974, c. 119, s. 44, eff. Oct. 10, 1974.
