9:6-8.96 Regulations by board. 14. The board shall adopt regulations pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) concerning the operation of the board, procedures for conducting reviews of cases involving child fatalities and near fatalities, and other matters necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
