As used in the Election Code [Chapter 1 NMSA 1978], 'voter information' means a document containing the person's name, address and precinct number that is issued by the county clerk or the secretary of state. ANNOTATIONSThe 2007 amendment, effective July 1, 2007, changed 'voter identification card' to 'voter information' and provided that voter information may be issued by the secretary of state.
