A. Where the Election Code provides for disclosure or nondisclosure of public records relating to elections, the provisions of the Election Code shall apply, and the provisions of the Inspection of Public Records Act [Chapter 14, Article 2 NMSA 1978] shall not be applicable to the disclosure or nondisclosure.B.
