Section 1-2-33 - Election-related organization; registration required

An election-related organization shall register with the secretary of state at least seventy days before a regularly scheduled statewide election or forty-two days before a special election or an election to fill a vacancy in the United States house of representatives.History: Laws 2023, ch. 39, § 7.
