ANNOTATIONSRepeals. — Laws 1984 (1st S.S.), ch. 3, § 8, repealed 1-3-15 and 1-3-16 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1983, ch. 223, §§ 6 and 7, relating to implementation of and appropriations for the Precinct Boundary Adjustment Act, effective March 28, 1984. Laws 1991 (1st S.S.), ch. 6, § 10 repealed 1-3-17 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1983, ch. 223, § 8, relating to use of adjusted precinct boundaries for reapportionment purposes, effective October 4, 1991.
